Who it is for

People within roughly ten years of leaving full-time work, or those already drawing from pensions who want a clearer year-by-year picture of sustainable withdrawals.

What you receive

An income map that shows expected inflows against essential and discretionary spending, plus notes on sequencing ISAs, personal pensions, and state pension timing. We highlight pressure points such as bridging years before state pension age.

Included

  • Cash-flow sketches for three retirement start dates you nominate
  • Discussion of annuity versus flexible drawdown trade-offs in plain English
  • Written summary with action points for you and, where relevant, your accountant

Exclusions

We do not provide guaranteed income forecasts or act as your investment manager. Annuity quotations, if desired, are obtained through insurers or a specialist broker you appoint.

Duration and delivery

Two meetings of about an hour, spaced around a fortnight for document gathering, plus a written pack. Meetings take place by video or in Herzog End.

Fees

From £950 for a single-person map; household maps from £1,200. Quoted after we see the number of schemes involved.
