Purpose
Families often postpone inheritance conversations until a crisis. This session creates a calm space to list assets, name priorities, and draft an outline your solicitor can refine into wills or trusts.
Included
- Facilitated conversation covering property, pensions death benefits, and lifetime gifts
- Checklist of documents typically requested by Scottish or English solicitors
- Notes on potential inheritance tax pressure points for later specialist review
- A one-page family outline you can share with executors-in-waiting
Not included
We are not a law firm and do not draft wills, powers of attorney, or trust deeds. Legal drafting remains with your solicitor. Complex tax structuring may require a separate specialist engagement.
Format
A 90-minute session, ideally with both partners present when circumstances allow. Follow-up email with the outline within five working days.
Fee
£680 per household session. Additional family members joining by video can be accommodated without a surcharge for up to four adults.
